More Freestyle Embroidery

I've never enjoyed the constraints of cross stitching, much less counted cross stitching. The stress-free, unfettered pleasure of freestyle embroidery is much more enjoyable. As part of my attempt to save my sanity during our house remodel, I've been embroidering things in a here-and-there sort of meandering way. I'm working on a second coin purse. This is my first.

At Michael's I found wool felt coin purses for the excessive price of $5 each. They're intended for needlefelted embellishments, but all I have on hand is embroidery floss.
